Another one bites the dust

Congratulations to my vagina friend Jason for finally getting his ball sack out of his whitey tities and asking Loraine to marry him yesterday!!! yey! Once you get old and married like the wife and I, it's sometimes a little weird hanging out with the youngsters who want to go clubbing and party and have drinking contests and stuff. We are past that stage and have already settled down for the most part. You concentrate on the 'couples' part of life and try to find other couples to hang out with and date night consists of maybe dinner and movies together or team board games. You know, gay shit like that. Don't get me wrong, I still need my singles golf time and wings and stuff, but as far as clubs and dancing and acting like an idiot...those days are long gone.

I'm not sure if they've set a date yet, but I'm almost 1000000% sure the bachelor party will be in vegas. Jason, if you're reading this, vegas, vegas, vegas. imo

Being in Central Florida, we get to go to the amusement parks whenever we really want. The wife's family is in town, dad, step-mom and her 2 sisters (12 and 14), so all went to Epcot yesterday. The weather held up pretty nicely, however it is Spring break right now for most of the schools and the park was packed. It is also the flower and garden festival where they make all the movie characters from Disney out of flowers and carve them into bushes. It's nice and all, but I think it impresses the chicks more than the dudes. Of course the main reason for Disney's Epcot is to drink around the world. They don't condone it of course, but when you are spending 8.00 or more for a beer, I'm sure Mr. Disney isn't complaining.

There are 11 counties in total and there's either a short movie or dumb ride about its past. We started out in Mexico with some Dos XX, then move to Norway for Carlesberg, then China for Tsing Tao, Germany for Octoberfest, Italy for Perino (or wine if you prefer that), USA for Bud Light (fml, miller lite so much better), Japan for Kirin, Morocco for Morocco Beer (nice name), France, shit I forgot what france was, United Kingdom where you get a nice selection of guiness, bottingtons, stella, harp, etc..., then O Canada for Molson or Labatts. A good day and hopefully you're not broke by the time to you get through!

Oh yeah, I beat Seaner for the first time ever at golf the other day and we are supposed to links it up again this weekend. Our softball team is 1-1 after getting crushed the 2nd game because the team recruited the local high school baseball team fml. I did hit one over the fence, but it was just foul. Maybe I'll hit a homer this season....

haven't posted much lately. I haven't really played a whole lot lately either. Been out and about a lot either playing live or golfing or softball or taekwondo. I went to the Daytona dog track again a few days ago and was in for 400.00 before finally getting it together and building a nice stack at 5/10 100 max florida style.

There was a hand where one dude limps, i make it 50.00 with 1200.00 behind with black aces and the other big stack who has like 650 flats me. Flop is Jc 8d 4d, I bet 80.00 and he open ships it on me. lol. I hem and haw a little and convince myself he has AJdd and of course he shows me top set, but I river the Ad pokerstars style and ship the pot. He took it pretty well though and I got really lucky. Anyway, I build a monster 100 max stack to 2700 in 6 hours before busting out of there to meet the wife for dinner. Still haven't had a losing live session at 5/10 live 100 max which is nice.

I've been trying to keep better records lately of stats and stuff and how much I win and lose each day because that's what the cpa says to do since I will be claiming pro this year. I still haven't finished this year's taxes yet, but the cpa says I can claim hobby winnings for poker since I had a real job for half the year.

March has been pretty good. I'm up 4400 in live play and another 18.2K online. I've stayed away from tourneys as well with the exception of some of the HU ones and the million.

Only 2 months until we are on a ship leaving Vancouver to go to Anchorage. We are super excited about it because we'll be gone for 2 whole weeks. We just got confirmation on our whale watching excursion to where they guarantee that you see whales and orcas and all sorts of wildlife. I bought a new video camera the other day just for the trip and I'll be sure to post all the pics on facebook when we get back. I usually post some interesting hands, but I honestly don't have any. I just bluffed like 1500 to some douchebag on UB, so I better get back to another session to recover the funds I just lost.

After the disasterous -11.6K day, I actually woke up feeling okay about myself and put in a nice +4600 session before lunch time Friday. I took the wife to lunch like an nice husband should do and grinded some more and ended the day +7712.00 which felt awesome. We went out for some beers and watched some terrible kareoke and I called it a night. The Daytona Dog Track about an hour away has a wsop qualifer going on so the wife went to my sister's baby shower and I headed up there. f my life as the wsop qualifer is actually tomorrow, but they did have a 225.00 MTT that I was halfway excited about. Unfortunately it only drew like 35 entrants, so I said f that and played some super exciting 5/10NL 100 max florida poker. I quickly get stuck 450 mover style, but play pretty solid and run my 5th 100.00 buyin into like 550 so I'm unstuck. There were a few interesting hands against this habitual fish bluffer that I'd like to share because they are too awesome not too. You have to understand it's 100 MAX buyin, so you have to buy through a few hundos to get a stack going. Anyway, 2 limp to me, I make it 50 with QQ on the button and the fish calls who has like 250 or so. Flop is K23 and he checks and I check it back. Turn 10 and he bets 25.00 into 120.00 lol, I call. River a harmless 7 and he ships it for like 150. I ask him wtf he is doing and he says I want you to fold. (obviously he acts strong which means weak especially for fish) and I snap when he opens his mouth and he's like "you got a pair?" I say yes and he shows A4dd for busted everything and I win that pot florida style. He rebuys for another 100.00 and builds it up to like 300 when this hand occurs. Stacks are a little deeper (not nearly as deep as they should be for normal 5/10 but still.... some donk minraises to 20, the fish calls, I pop to 80.00 with AdKh from the button and both call. Flop is 8h 6d 2c. They both check to me and I decide to check it back. Turn 7h. check, the fish bets 44.00??? wtf so I peel one off obv. and the opener folds. River is a 5h which is a pretty shitty card. Final board is 8h 6d 2c 7h 5h. The dude snap ships for like 165.00 or so. I think for a while and I do have the Kh in my hand. i decide to call with ace high and he's like "do you got a pair?" and I say no and he's like Queen high and shows QJ and I'm think to mysef, "im the greatest" and show ace high and the whole table is like hevad khan style saying it's the best call they've ever seen blah blah blah. Anyway, I run pretty good and stack some more 100.00 stacks and cash out 1785.00 being in for 450.00 for a nice 1335.00 profit at 100 max florida poker lol. So after thinking it was going to take me a month to get 11.6K back that I lost, I'm 9K back already! woot!

f my life

spent the last 2 days playing awesome florida poker 5/10nl 100 max at the dogtracks that are like an hour away. It's f-in hilarious just shipping it pre with any pair, broadway etc... The players there are worse than the moneymaker era if you can believe that. Anyway, I played online today for the 1st time in 3-4 days and ran horrible and lost 11.6K. yeah that's not a typo. It's like 10% of my bankroll which blows so I have to drop down and recover that which will probably take a month or so. I didn't even play 10/20 today, so f my life. I can't even say that I lost some to tilt...

I feel like an organatang in a jungle with all these swings... In consecutive days, I was -9k, +5K, +5K, +5k, -2500, -6100, then up 3600 on friday and up like 1500 on saturday. I didn't play yesterday. Played some golf with my brother and kkeveryhand saturday. Shot 42 on the front, but fell apart on the back and still can't putt to save my life. Oh well.

the rollercoaster continues from my -9K day last week I had (3) +5K days in a row, but yesterday i dropped 6100.00. wtf? i ran like ass and it feels like i lost every race. fml.

went out with the guys tonight for dinner at a steakhouse for Zack's birthday. I feel like everyone's daddy as my ripe age of 28 and all of the crew is like 23-25, whatever, f them cause I got more money! muwahahaha, nah seriously, zack is good people. He won ftops omaha last year for 51K and bought a benzzzz and left like nothing online to play with, wtf? so he enters the 10.00 200K last week and gets 4th for 12k, can I run like you for one day please? He said he had 30 million chips at one time LOL. Anyway, after dinner we all go bowling and RoothlusJr (yes roothlus' little brother) and Fisheye spot me 50 pins cause they average like 200 and I suck at bowling. I win the first game and lose the 2nd game to Roothlus by a pin FML. Come home after a nice +5700.00 day and obv drop 3500.00 in 20 minutes to a bunch of hit and runner donks. FML!!!!! (FUCK MY LIFE!) And obviously Im in drunk awesome mode, which I highly DO NOT recommend playing in. So I have like 10K left on Full Tilt which is rigged against me, so robusto time obv! and take another shot at 10/20 and play this pot where i go with my read and I'm obv way off, but i get lucky and SCOOOOOOOOOOOP!
