and we're back
Just got back yesterday from my brother's wedding cruise from Miami to the Keys then to Cozumel Mexico. Damn good times and memories that will last a lifetime. I think there were around 25 of us that sailed. Basically a giant drunkfest and casinofest with some trivia and snorkling, beach party in between. Nothing wrong with that imo. Time to make some money as Aruba is less than 2 months away. I might be going to Borgata next month with my friend Jason for the WPT event and cash games. We'll see how this month goes though...

Just lost a 2.5 million chip pot in the Stars 1.5 million QQ vs AJ all in pre. I open UTG and he overbet jams and boom 70/30 is no good. sigh.... 55th for pennies compared to the 237k for first. I win that pot, it puts me up to 6th in chips and i make a real run at it....
sigh... lost today but only like 1k after that 2.6k cash in the million. Very disappointing to play my best and lose like that.....on top of that, he's -46k on tableratings... fml.

omg sickest session I've ever played
just 3 tabled this maniac on UB who was -20k. We were playing 200bb - 500bbs deep on some of the tables. I started running terrible and was stuck like 7k to him :( Then I started to run better. Here are some monster hands from the match.

Hopefully not a jinx, but I'm up $12,800 + a $5500.00 Aruba seat since the 23rd which is 6 days. I haven't even put in a ton of volume either, just trying to game select well, not play shortstackers and make the best decisions possible. If only it was that easy! I'm excited for yet another vacation next week when my brother gets married on a cruise boat. I think this is going to be my 10th cruise lol. It's a short one just to Key West and Cozumel Mexico, but they are always fun. Just have to not degen it up that much in the casino, which is going to be hard because a lot of my poker friends are coming on the cruise as well. I'm sure there will be much prop betting and drinking all day every day.
Other than that, life is good, playing a lot of golf and just taking it easy...

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Just won my seat to 2009 Aruba Poker Classic! I played the 20rebuy in for 100.00 won a seat into the 530.00 and with 82 players, gave (4) 8500.00 packages, so we're in!
I went deep in the 1/4 million (lol 10.00 tourney) and also the turbo takedown and cashed the ub200k as well. Overall a great day!
Too bad I spent like a thousand last night on my brother's bachelor party. We were making it rain so hard in this strip club. We rented a party bus as well. All good times for sure. Gotta make some money soon though as I'm having a bad month.... hopefully this is the first sign to awesomeness for the rest of the month and year!
